Terms & conditions

Acceptance

It is not necessary for the client to have signed any document for these terms and conditions to apply. If the client commissions a rug from Nuff Love, then the client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any commission or use of services implies that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Mock up Designs

The client will be required to provide suitable images and details for the commission work to be produced. A digital mock-up of the design will be completed. This will highlight wool colour samples, approximate scale and final design artwork.

During this stage any changes to the artwork can be requested until a final design is achieved. Please note some designs at smaller scales cannot be achieved and artwork may need to be simplified or sized up.

Finished commissions will differ slightly from the mock-up due to the tufting process.

Price Quotations

Charges for services to be provided by Nuff Love are defined in the price quotation that the client will receive, upon request, via email.

Quotations are valid for a period of 7 days. Nuff Love reserves the right to alter or refuse to honour a quotation after expiry of the 7 days.

Additional Expenses

The client agrees to reimburse Nuff Love for any additional expenses to the original cost that may incur during the completion of the work. An example of this includes, but is not limited to, unexpected shipping charges or extra materials.

Artwork Progress

Once work commences on a client’s commission, Nuff Love will keep in direct contact with the client. The client will receive emails containing photos of the progress of the commission, along with an estimated completion date.

Nuff Love reserves the right to share progress photos of all commissions to social media unless the client specifically expresses otherwise e.g. the commission is meant for a gift.

Payments

Invoices will be issued by Nuff Love upon completion of the mock up design to confirm final size and wool colours. Invoices are primarily sent via email. The client will be required to provide a current and accurate postal address, full name & email address. Payment in full is due within 7 days of invoice. Please note, unless specifically agreed to by both parties prior to the issuing of an invoice, Nuff Love does not accept payment in part or via instalments.

Work will begin once full payment is received.

Nuff Love accepts payment by the following methods:

Completion times

1-3 weeks is our regular completion time for commissions. In order to be as environmentally conscious as possible, other commissions in the batch will be tufted on the same frame to ensure minimal waste materials, this is one example of a scenario that may affect completion time.

Clients will be immediately informed of any delays regarding their commission.

Larger or bulk orders will be given an approximate time frame for completion, and will be fully discussed with the client before payment.

 

Shipping

The postage cost for UK orders made through our website is included in the cost of the product. The cost of postage for client commissions shipped within the UK will be added to your invoice. Shipping within the UK is sent via courier on a 3-5 day schedule.

Overseas shipping costs will be required to be paid once the commission is completed and is calculated depending on postage location, size and weight. This will be invoiced via email. Once the payment is made, your commission will be shipped. This also applies to international orders placed directly from our online store.

Shipments can be made via a preferred courier, please state this before being invoiced. Please see Additional Expenses, this also includes extra insurances.

 

Refunds & Returns

Refunds can only be issued before work on your commission has begun. If you wish to cancel your order once materials have been purchased, the amount remaining will be refunded and your commission will be terminated.

Once work has begun, no refunds can be given.
